Shipping & Delivery
Production Method
All VisionaireX products are manufactured using the print-on-demand method. Production only begins after receipt of the order. Manufacturing and shipping are handled by an external production and shipping service provider.
Delivery Times
Delivery times include production and shipping:
- Germany & European Union: Typically 5–8 business days
- International deliveries (worldwide): Typically 8–18 business days
The stated delivery times are approximate values. In individual cases, longer delivery times may occur due to production workload, international shipping routes, customs clearance, or shipping service providers.
Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.
Important Notice
As these are individually produced goods, cancellation of the order after production has begun is no longer possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 7 days by email at support@visionairex.de
- After review, you will receive a replacement delivery or refund
